Where are you located?

My business address is 211 Chelsea Avenue in East Kildonan off Henderson Highway. It is a house but my business studio where I do all my sewing/appts is located in the backyard in a smaller separate building. You can enter the yard through the front driveway and follow the sidewalk leading to it!

How do I go about bringing my garment in?

I AM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please contact me via my Facebook business page, phone (204)795-5217, or by email sewrenitycreations@gmail.com to book your appointment. If you are going to be late to a scheduled drop off/pickup/fitting please let me know as depending on how late you will be, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

When do I pay/What type of payment methods are accepted?

For alterations I take full payment upon dress drop off. Prices given include taxes and will not exceed what has been quoted unless additional alterations by the client have been requested. For custom dresses a 50% NON REFUNDABLE payment is due upon measurement, the next 25% at first fitting, and the remaining 25% upon final fitting.
I accept all major forms of payment (cash, credit, debit, etransfer, cheque).

I have a concern about my alterations

Although we strive to give the best service possible, if you (the client) have any concerns with alterations completed you have within 48 hours of dress pickup to contact me and I will do everything in my power to accommodate/repair any concerns (eg. you feel the hem on your dress is still a touch too long/straps need to be brought up a bit more, etc). 
Sewrenity creations will not be held responsible for any reimbursement/repairs if it is past the 48 hour mark or your garment is taken to another seamstress or business for further altering. Once taken to another party, any and all responsibility falls upon the client and any contract between Sewrenity creations and the client will be void.
